Dr. Marc Gorvet earned his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his general surgery residency at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He is board-certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Driven by a passion for aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Gorvet pursued advanced fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
His comprehensive surgical training encompasses a wide range of procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, burn care, complex reconstructive surgery, and cosmetic surgery. This diverse experience enables Dr. Gorvet to provide personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
