What Is the Sood Center Breast Lift Experience

Your journey will begin with an in-depth consultation, at which Dr. Sood will perform an assessment, go over your medical history, and discuss your unique goals to help put together a treatment plan that’s customized for you. Dr. Sood will decide on a technique and incision type that is appropriate for you.
After he has made an incision in the skin, Dr. Sood will lift and reshape the underlying breast tissue, reposition the nipples and areolas as necessary, reduce the size of the areolas if needed, and reduce excess breast skin. The incisions are closed after the breasts have been reshaped and remaining skin is tightened.

What Happens After a Breast Lift Procedure?

After this procedure, bandages or dressings are applied to the incisions. Temporary soreness, swelling, and changes in sensation are common side effects. You will need to attend a follow-up appointment so that we can monitor your progress. The results will evolve and finalize within a few months, after which the breasts will appear higher, perkier, and more symmetrical.

How Many Breast Lift Procedures Will I Need?

Patients typically only need to have one surgery to achieve their lifting goals, since the procedure provides long-lasting results. Note that a lift is different from breast augmentation, which is a surgery focused on adding volume to the breasts.
